please follow our guidelines for returns:
You must first email email@example.com for authorization. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. All exchanges must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Exchanges sent after this time will not be honored. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to exchange an item for another size. Please note that any footwear bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer direct returns at this time.
Merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any and all shoes that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back to us. Shipping costs to ship your new order is complimentary and you will not be charged.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Returns must be sent via U.S Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your packaged has been received, your order will be processed within three (3) business days.
