Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for regularly price merchandise. Please email email@example.com for an authorized RMA number. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the original transaction amount for all returns. Any exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to exchange an item for another size or color to ensure we have it in stock and available. Please note that any footwear bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE. Footwear must be in the original brand new condition with original packaging and tags. Any shoes that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse. Credits can take 2-10 business days to post to your account depending on your bank.

Returns or exchanges must be sent via U.S Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, DHL or other certified carrier. Please ensure that your shoes include all original packaging, boxes and tags. We recommend insuring your shipment as we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Any footwear that has been worn, damaged from improper packaging or purchased on-sale is not eligible for refund.
