United States Shipping

Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.


LOU.EARL accepts return requests on domestic orders within 14 days and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise must be in its’ original brand new condition with no marks on soles or uppers of shoes and no damage to shoe box or packaging.

Footwear that is marked down more than 40% off is final sale.

  2. You will receive an email within 24 hours containing your pre-paid shipping label.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise excluding all applicable shipping charges.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the requirements stated above. 



Exchanges are subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange for another style, color, or size, please purchase your new choice as we are not able to hold footwear.  You may then return your original purchase for a refund.

International Orders:

  • International orders are shipped using real time calculated rates at checkout.  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • For International returns, please see the return policy above. 


All orders are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
