Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.
2nd day air or overnight shipping is calculated with real-time rates by UPS.
- To initiate a domestic return, visit our Return Portal here.
- Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
- Select your items, reason and shipping method and click “Confirm.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day. The cost of the return shipping label will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Your regularly priced unworn shoes must be shipped back within 10 days of the date you received your shoes for a refund to your original method of payment. Returns sent after 10 days are void and no longer eligible for a refund.
Shoes must be must be unused, still in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased them. The shoe box must not be damaged and must be in original condition and include tissue and inner packaging.

- International orders are shipped using DHL Express 3-7 day shipping for a flat rate of $35.00. Duties and taxes, if applicable are paid by the receiver.
- International purchases are not eligible for exchanges, returns only.
- Your refund will include the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your merchandise. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- We are unable to generate return labels for international shipments. International customers will be responsible for return shipments.

**Please note that marked down or discounted footwear is FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange or refund. Footwear purchase with a welcome discount code or special promo code is however available for returns.
**Footwear must be in the original brand new condition with original packaging, tissue and tags. Any shoes that have been worn or do not include the original tissue stuffing are not eligible for an exchange.
All orders shipped from us using UPS or DHL are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
