Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.

2nd day air or overnight shipping is calculated with real-time rates by UPS.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase please follow our guidelines for returns, exchanges or store credit:

Exchanges for non-sale items within the United States:
  • Please first email customer service at info@louearlshoes.com to arrange your exchange. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label for your exchange.
  • Return your shoes by mail within 10 days from the date you received them.
  • Your new shoes will be sent out within 1-2 days of receiving your original order.
  • Please note that any footwear bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange.
    Returns within the United States:
    • Please first email customer service at info@louearlshoes.com for return authorization.
    • Send back your unworn shoes within 14 days of the date you placed your order for a refund to your original method of payment. 
    • For refunds, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
    • Refunds will incur a $15 restocking fee. 
    • Shoes must be must be unused, still in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased them.

    International Orders:

    International orders are shipped using DHL Express 3-7 day shipping for a flat rate of $35.00.  Duties and taxes, if applicable are paid by the receiver. 

    International purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please email our customer service department at info@louearlshoes.com to ensure that you receive your proper size as styles may vary slightly in sizing. 


    **Please note that any footwear bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange or refund.

    **Footwear must be in the original brand new condition with original packaging, tissue and tags. Any shoes that have been worn or do not include the original tissue stuffing are not eligible for an exchange.

    All orders shipped from us using UPS or DHL are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

     All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to shipping.
