United States Shipping

Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.

U.S. Returns 

LOU.EARL accepts returns on regularly priced domestic orders within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn with no damage to packaging or footwear and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
Footwear that is on sale is eligible for exchange only. Any footwear that is highly discounted for more than 40% off is final sale. 
 
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery date for a refund to your original method of payment. Returns requested after 14 days are void and no longer eligible for a refund. Any returns or exchanges must include all packaging including original tissue without any damage to boxes or tissue. 

  1. To initiate a domestic return, visit our Return Portal here.
  2. Follow prompts to receive your RMA number and to receive your shipping label.
  3. You will receive an email the same day with your shipping label.
Returns will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 days upon receiving the returned products.
We will refund the price of the merchandise excluding all shipping charges upon receiving the return. LOU.EARL will email you a pre-paid shipping label upon acceptance of your return request. 

U.S Exchanges:
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the size or color you would like to exchange for in our return portal.

International Orders:

  • International orders are shipped using DHL Express or UPS.  Duties and taxes, if applicable are paid by the receiver.
  • Canadian customers have the option of purchasing United States Post Office shipping at real-time rates which will be delivered via Canada Post.
  • International purchases are not eligible for exchanges, returns only.
  • Your refund will include the price of the merchandise (excluding any applicable shipping charges) upon receiving your merchandise. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  • International customers are responsible for the packing and cost of returning their items. We ask that you chose a reputable carrier and carefully pack your return ship back to our address below.

All orders shipped from us using UPS or DHL are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to shipping.
