Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.
LOU.EARL accepts return requests on regularly priced domestic orders within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn with no damage to packaging or footwear or signs of wear. All packaging must be intact, do not throw away tissue or any other packaging. We must receive your product for return just as you received your order, including all original packaging. All packaging and footwear must be in brand-new resealable condition. LOU.EARL reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Footwear must not have any creases or marks of any kind and must be in brand new, resealable condition.
Footwear that is marked down more than 30% is final sale.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery date for a refund to your original method of payment. Returns requested after 14 days are void and no longer eligible for a refund. Returns must include all packaging including original tissue without any damage to boxes or tissue.

- You will receive an email within 24 hours containing your pre-paid shipping label.
Returns will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 days upon receiving the returned products.
We will refund the price of the merchandise excluding all applicable shipping charges upon receiving your footwear.
If you'd like to exchange for another style, color, or size, we recommend you purchase your new choice as we are not able to hold or set aside any footwear.

- International orders are shipped using real time calculated rates at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated and collected at checkout.

All orders are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
