All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase with the exception of holidays and weekends when they will be shipped the following working business day. Shipping options and times can be chosen during the checkout process. You will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number for your package. Transit times vary but are generally delivered within 1-7 depending on shipping location.
LOU.EARL is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact of control over the package.
For orders placed outside of the United States, duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after you have placed your order. All orders will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number for your package.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your footwear to initiate a return. We ask that you ship your return back within 3 days of receiving your pre-paid shipping label. Worn footwear cannot be returned. You will receive an email within 24 hours containing your pre-paid shipping label.
Please allow 7 days from when your return is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you choose an exchange, we offer complimentary shipping for one exchange.
Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. Please note that LOU.EARL is not responsible for returning the shoes to you in this case. This will be determined by the LOU.EARL staff.
Please ship back your shoes in the white shoe box and within the brown box originally shipped to you, or another cardboard box. All packaging and stuffing must be included and intact. Shoes and packaging must be returned in the same brand new condition as received.
Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange your order for another style, color, or size, we suggest you purchase your new choice as we are not able to place items on hold. You may then return your original purchase for a refund.
