We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience and purchase of our fine footwear.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please follow the below instructions on how to return your order.

United States Shipping

Shipping within the 50 contiguous United States is complimentary with orders of $250 or above via UPS Ground or USPS including Alaska and Hawaii.

2nd day air or overnight shipping is calculated with real-time rates by UPS.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges
We will accept unworn, brand new, full-price merchandise in sellable condition with original tags and packaging for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Shoes purchased with a special promo code or newsletter sign-up code are also eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Footwear that is discounted more than 30% or featured on our sale page is FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund. Store credit or exchange only.  Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility for any final sale footwear that is purchased and requires an exchange. 
Your regularly priced unworn shoes must be shipped back within 10 days of the date you received your shoes for a refund to your original method of payment. Returns requested after 10 days are void and no longer eligible for a refund. Any returns or exchanges must include all packaging including original tissue without any damage to boxes or tissue.  It is at our discretion to reject a refund if the items have been worn or if there is damaging to the packaging that results in us not being able to resell the merchandise. 

Exchanges for items within the United States:
If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or style of the same price, we ask that you please send back your purchase within 10 days and we will ship out your new pair once received within 1-2 business days. Please email customer service at info@louearlshoes.com to let us know which color or size you would like. Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility for any final sale footwear that is purchased and requires an exchange. 

    Returns within the United States:
    1. To initiate a domestic return, visit our Return Portal here.
    2. Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
    3. Select your items, reason and shipping method and click “Confirm.” 
    4. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day. 
    5. Return shipping is complimentary within the United States.

            Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
            Shoes must be must be unused, still in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased them. The shoe box must not be damaged and must be in original condition and include tissue and inner packaging.
            We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
            The cost of any shipping labels will be automatically deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

            International Orders:

            • International orders are shipped using DHL Express 3-7 day shipping for a flat rate of $35.00.  Duties and taxes, if applicable are paid by the receiver.
            • Canadian customers have the option of purchasing United States Post Office shipping at real-time rates which will be delivered via Canada Post.
            • International purchases are not eligible for exchanges, returns only.
            • Your refund will include the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your merchandise. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
            • We are unable to generate return labels for international shipments. International customers will be responsible for return shipments.

            **Footwear must be in the original brand new condition with original packaging, tissue and tags. Any shoes that have been worn or do not include the original tissue stuffing are not eligible for an exchange.

            All orders shipped from us using UPS or DHL are insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

            All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to shipping.
