Returns

RETURNS

We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days upon delivery of your order.  Please ship your return back to us within 3 days of receiving your pre-paid shipping label. All returns must be shipped back with the shipping label that is provided by LOU.EARL.

TO INITIATE A RETURN

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the ‘Email’ field, enter your email address, and then click Continue’.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items you would like to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store such as ‘exchange’, 'refund' or ‘store credit’.

5. Click ‘Return Request’.

If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.

Please ship back your shoes in the white shoe box and within the brown box originally shipped to you, or another cardboard box.  All packaging and stuffing must be included and intact. Shoes and packaging must be returned in the same brand new condition as received. 

Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

    Please allow 1-3 days from when your return is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Credit card and payment provider processing fees are non-refundable. 

    Worn or damaged footwear caused by the customer cannot be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. If you do ship such items, LOU.EARL will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

    EXCHANGES:

    Exchanges are subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange your order for another style, color, or size, we suggest you purchase your new choice as we are not able to place items on hold.  You may then return your original purchase for a refund.

    SALE ITEMS

    Items bought at 30% off or more are eligible for exchanges, unless 'Final Sale' is noted in the product description. We're happy to offer exchanges or store credit if the size doesn't work out for you. 

    Final sale items are noted in the product description and not eligible for exchange or returns. Please contact us prior to your purchase to ensure that you receive the proper size.

    GIFT CERTIFICATES

    Gift certificates are non-refundable.
